Registration Fee

Registration fee includes entry to all applicable conference sessions, a conference DVD, online access to program information, topics and speaker’s bio, coffee breaks, two light lunches, and a Certificate of Attendance. TCLEOSE, CEUs and MCLEs will be provided for appropriate sessions.

All payments must be received prior to the conference unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations: Registration cancellations should be made in writing (email the Conference Coordinator at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..) Cancellation requests postmarked on or before July 1, 2013, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.


Cancellation requests postmarked between after July 1, 2013 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, NO REFUNDS FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER BUT DO NOT ATTEND.


Transfer of registration fees to another person may be done without penalty online.
